Thank you for shopping with VelocMarket. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Locations

VelocMarket currently ships to:

  • United States

  • International destinations (availability may vary by country)

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Shipping Delays

VelocMarket is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.


7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. VelocMarket is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
