At VelocMarket, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns and refunds under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personal care items or products marked as non-returnable

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after processing:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
